“I’ve always loved fashion. While working as a graphic designer, I felt the need to fuel that interest, so I started a blog back in 2010. It was just an online scrapbook of pieces on my wish list, design I loved etc. That world of inspiration then moved onto Instagram and over a few years grew into a curated platform that gained interest and momentum. It became difficult to do my job well, as I felt torn between the two, so I chose to leave graphic design and commit to creating content full time.”

“This bag is by Neous, one of my favourite British brands. I love the bags and shoes – always such beautiful designs. This is their newest bag and it has a removable strap so you can use it as a shoulder bag or clutch. I like things to be versatile.

The jacket is so beautiful. It’s by Belgium-based brand Rhune and has a matching scarf in the same fabric, which looks so chic worn together.”

“I’m more of a flat-shoe person, but I do love a kitten heel with the right outfit, as long as I don’t have to walk far! My go-to footwear brand is Maison Margiela – I have four pairs of Tabi. I also have a lot of GH Bass loafers and New Balance trainers. I like it when a shoe has a point of interest. I think that’s why I love Tabi shoes. I also look for comfort. There’s nothing worse than feeling uncomfortable.”

“I love this look – it feels very timeless. Pleats Please Issey Miyake has been around for so many years and a lot of the designs are the same now as they were when the brand launched – in fact, these trousers are vintage so might even be from the ’90s.”

“This is such a beautiful piece and I’m so grateful to own it. It’s by Ukrainian brand Bevza, which I’ve been a fan of for so long. The necklace symbolises wheat, which is a traditional emblem of fertility and rich harvest in Ukraine. It’s called the Spikelet necklace. Each piece of grain is crafted and attached to the next to create a moving piece.”

“My approach to dressing has developed with age. I’ve always dressed minimally, but I made a conscious decision around four years ago to reduce my palette to neutrals. It’s made dressing so much easier and quicker as everything I have works together.

This jumper is by Korean brand Le 17 September. I have a few pieces and especially love the knitwear. The jeans are Agolde and the style is called Slice. I really like the slit – it gives them a cool edge. The chair is by Varier and it makes me so happy. When I first saw the design, I knew I wanted one in my home. I usually go for neutral pieces for the house, but recently I’ve been leaning to colour when it feels right.”

“I often go for tote bags because they fit so much in, which is especially useful when I have days in London. I also love crossbody bags as they’re practical. While metal hardware can look great, I do like to have bag options that don’t have any as I find them easier to style. This Acne Studios one works with so many outfits.”

“I’ve been a fan of All Blues for so long. It does perfect minimal pieces that are very me. The founder Jakob is such a lovely guy. I hope to be able to visit the new store in Stockholm soon. I love both gold and silver jewellery. I switch up depending on my outfit and what feels right, but I also like to mix the two sometimes. It can look great with the right pieces.”

“I’m much more of a statement earring girl. I often feel too fussy when I wear a necklace. I love that these are cool while also being romantic. They remind me of my childhood; I had lots of heart-shaped jewellery. I don’t usually go for colourful pieces, but I recently got some green earrings by Completedworks, which I look forward to styling. I think they’ll look great in the summer.”

“When I’m home in Brighton, running errands, and can’t be bothered to think, I’ll always reach for a Raey sweatshirt and track pants and either Bottega Veneta puddle boots or New Balance trainers. For a more formal or styled look, I often go for relaxed tailoring as it makes me feel put together. Or a nice oversized blazer and jeans.

I don’t wear colour, but a Canadian tuxedo is such a classic that it doesn’t count! I loved this shirt the moment I laid eyes on it and was so happy to get hold of one recently. It’s by Khaite and it’s made from a gorgeous heavy denim. The oversized style is well cut, so it doesn’t drown me. It works great with these Agolde jeans – they’re the Criss Cross style, which is such a comfortable cut. I’d wear this look in London for meetings or events, or lunch on the weekend.”

“My key denim brands are Agolde, Goldsign, Citizens of Humanity and Raey. I always go for non-elasticated denim and I prefer looser cuts. I can’t bear feeling restricted.”

“I like neutrals in my interior spaces because I find them calming. I love French and Scandi style, so my aesthetic is a mix of this. We moved house nearly two years ago and I’m very grateful that we were able to as we really needed the space. It’s been a real labour of love restoring each room. We have a way to go but I’m so happy with the rooms we’ve done, especially the sitting room and master bedroom. I can go in, shut the door and I feel so content looking around.”

13

“I love Raey because I feel myself in the pieces. There are lots of oversized items that are relaxed but put together, which makes me feel confident. I love this suit – it’s the perfect oversized cut which works well styled with a T-shirt and trainers but looks equally great with the jacket pulled in at the waist and a pair of pointy kitten heels.”

“My skin is better now at 43 than it was when I was 30, and that’s down to consistent skincare, facial massage (which I do everyday without fail) and some great facials, which I’m very grateful to be able to experience in this job. I use a combination of active products — antioxidants, acids, retinol and hyaluronic acid. SkinCeuticals products are amazing and I love Augustinus Bader Rich Cream. I’ve had a lot of great facials, but just recently, I had one with Keren Bartov and the results were incredible.”

“To me, longevity is about great-quality fabric, workmanship that withstands wear and choosing items that aren’t trend led, so that you can enjoy them season after season. I look for pieces that are simple, elegant, well-made and make you feel good. If you feel good in something, you’ll wear it over and over.”

“I love Raey knitwear; it does great cashmere and wool. I use a Steamery fabric shaver on my collection, to keep it free from bobbles, and I always air sweaters after wearing them to avoid washing them unnecessarily.”
